Construction of the new four-story Ron Joyce Centre at the DeGroote School of Business is currently underway on the South Service Road, west of Appleby Line in Burlington.

Phase II of the project will incorporate three floors of laboratory and office space. The building will feature hydroponic heating and cooling with central computerized BMS system.

As long-time corporate citizens and residents of Oakville, Cooper Construction and its people have a history of pro-active support for the life of their community—currently expressed in president Bill Cooper Sr’s role as co-chair of the major funding initiative for a new Oakville Hospital.

Construction is progressing on the Great West Life (GWL) Building B at 2050 Derry Rd. in Mississauga, Ont. Cooper Construction Limited began the office in January 2009. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2009.
