Milton/401 Business Park formally registered

Cooper is pleased to announce that the Milton/401 Business Park was formally registered today as an industrial subdivision.

Servicing of the 70 acre Park, located on Highway 25, just north of Highway 401, is virtually complete. It is anticipated construction of the first project in the Park will commence early May, 2005. Inquiries for purchase or development should be directed to Bill Cooper at (905) 829-0444 ext 222.
