AMB Property Corporation chooses Milton/401 Business Park

Cooper Construction is pleased to announce the sale of 33 acres of serviced industrial land in the Milton/401 Business Park to AMB Property Corporation, one of the largest US-based industrial REITs.

Cooper is commencing immediate construction of a 375,000 s.f. warehouse distribution facility for AMB.
