AMB Properties Warehouse Project Underway

Excavation and foundation work is moving along for AMB Properties Corporation spec warehouse at 2750 Peddie Road in Milton, Ont. Design/builder Cooper Construction Ltd., along with Allen & Sherriff Architects Inc., began the single-storey 373,000 s.f. facility in May. Completion has been scheduled for December.

Subtrades include: D’Orazio Group (excavation); Drillco Foundation Co. Ltd. (caissons); ARG Forming (concrete formwork); ACL Steel Ltd. (structural steel); and Lafarge North America (concrete supply).
