Zarpac-RZR Group office/warehouse Flexwall install

Installation of precast Flex panels continues at the Zarpac-RZR Group building, located at 1185 North Service Road in Oakville, Ontario.

Cooper Construction is the general contractor on the project for the building, comprised of a 15,000 s.f. two-storey office and a 41,900 s.f. production/warehouse area.

Trades include:

- Foundations - Lockwall Forming Ltd.
- Structural steel - Etobicoke Iron
- Steel deck - Vixman Construction
- Flexwall precast (in photo) - Precon Inc.
- Architectural precast - Res Precast Inc.
- Roofing - Nedlaw Roofing.

Work is scheduled for mid-December completion.
