Cooper Construction Builds New Facility for Automodular Corp in Oakville, Ontario

Cooper Construction has commenced construction of a 265,000 s.f. building on a 13.5 acre site on Speers Road, Oakville, ON for Automodular Corporation. A leading supplier of complex sub-assemblies for North American OEM’s, Automodular will use this new facility for logistical sequencing of power train components and delivery on a just-in-time basis.

We wish to acknowledge the professional contribution of Chris Ennis of J.J. Barnicke Ltd. in successfully concluding this significant design / build lease transaction.

The project utilizes our last remaining site on Speers Road from the original block which comprised 35 developable acres.

Other Cooper Construction projects recently completed, or presently under construction on this same block, include a food processing facility; a steel fabrication facility; and a head office and training facility.
