Automodular Building, 2335 Speers Road, Oakville

Cooper Construction is pleased to announce the sale of a 261,000 s.f. design/build industrial facility on Speers Road in Oakville to Summit REIT, one of Canada’s largest real estate trusts. The facility’s tenant, Automodular Corporation, is a leading supplier of complex sub-assemblies for North American OEMs.

The sale is expected to close in March, 2006.
