The stunning building for the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 793, was completed in August 2005, with 20,000 s.f. of Class A office space on two floors, and a 10,000 s.f. 700-seat reception and function hall.

The two storey open atrium is an impressive sight, with full-height sloped and curved glazed entrance walls, a water feature, and sightlines through to the glazed second floor clerestorey arched roof. The building also houses the Operating Engineers Training Institute of Ontario, which has a purpose-built training yard with space to run up to 10 cranes simultaneously. Two permanent tower cranes are also housed at the training institute.
