Structural steel progresses well on this 12-acre site which will house the 365,000 s.f. distribution center for The Hopewell Development Corporation. Site services, site grading and building pad are near completion.

The facility has been designed and built to the latest industrial standards, with heavy duty floors and full pre-cast concrete walls. Lighting and ESFR sprinkler systems are designed for a variety of warehousing uses. The presence of the building is enhanced with striking architectural and glazing features.

The facility offers flexibility for various sized units, with ample dock doors and two drive-in ramps. Completion of the base building is scheduled for November 2006, with space available for tenants thereafter.
