Guelph Development Property Breaks Ground

Earthwork is underway at the site of a new industrial building on Southgate Drive in Guelph, Ontario.

Cooper Construction Ltd. has completion of Hanlon Business Park design-build project scheduled for September 2008.

Designed by Allen & Sherriff Architects Inc., the building encompasses about 120,500 square feet of space.

Consultants are Dorlan Engineering (structural); Brumar Engineering Ltd. (mechanical); Manuel Jordao & Associates Inc. (electrical); and Peil Planning & Engineering Initiatives Ltd. (site services).

Subtrades include XTG Forming; Maiella Contracting (site services); EE Seegmiller (earthworks); Cambridge Concrete; Telco Steel Works (structural steel); Gage Metal (roof deck and siding); Precon Inc; Res Precast; and Noram Enterprises (glazing).
