Design/build construction and leasing on its own properties is the new shape for Cooper Construction business.

Toronto, ON July 17th, 2008 -  Cooper Construction of Toronto, ON, have launched a new website (www.coopercon.com) that reflects the evolution of the company’s business.

Since the previous site was launched nearly five years ago, Cooper has greatly expanded its commercial/industrial real estate development business, stated Bill Cooper, Jr, manager for the website-development project.

“We needed to give our property development business front-row prominence on our new website”, Cooper said, “Right up there with our core design/build expertise. For example, our current 178-acre Hanlon Business Park development in Guelph is a hot property, and we wanted the information to be immediately available.”
