Work progresses at 3115 Harvester Road on the new office building for Sunlife Assurance Company of Canada in Burlington, Ont. The LEED candidate design/build project by Cooper Construction Ltd. is a four-storey, 77,000-square-foot office and is scheduled for completion in October this year.

The Sunlife Financial office was designed by Ware Malcomb Toronto. Consultants are SWS Engineering Inc. (structural) and Rybka, Smith & Ginsler (mechanical). Subtrades include: Shannon Steel (structural steel); Smith Brothers (drywall/acoustics); Systm Electrical (electrical); Clima Mechanical (HVAC); Mar-Mat Door & Hardware; and Barrie Glass & Mirror (glazing).
