The team we dedicate to your project will finish it, managing every aspect of the project from concept to commissioning. The team will report to a senior Cooper executive, and every member will be a highly experienced and highly regarded Design/Build professional.

VP Operations, reported to by the Project Manager and Site Superintendent.

The Project Manager. Introduced toward the end of the design and approval phase, and working closely with the Site Superintendent, the Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day activities in all aspects of the project through construction.

Site Superintendent. The Site superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day activities on site, maintaining ongoing communication with the Project Manager.
